Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Chennai for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and helping with onboarding processes. The role includes assisting with HR documentation, employee engagement initiatives,



and basic coordination related to training programs and internal communications. The intern will work closely with HR and management to support HR policies, benefits processes, and compliance with company procedures. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR practices in a growing IT and Edtech environment, with guidance from experienced HR professionals.
Qualifications
• Strong interest in Human Resources (HR) and foundational understanding of HR Management.
• Basic knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with willingness to learn and apply company guidelines.
• Ability to support Personnel Management tasks, including maintaining records and assisting with employee-related processes.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and qualified approach.
