Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a strategic, innovative, and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Director Inpatient Psychiatry & ER Mental Health. The Regional Director Inpatient Psychiatry & ER Mental Health within Additions & Mental Health Services will work in partnership with the other Regional Directors, Department Head and Program Medical Directors across Horzion to provide overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of services within allocated resources.

Who You Are

You have a worked as a healthcare leader for a minimum of 7 years. You have experience in healthcare administration, mentoring, leading, facilitating, team building, negotiation, decision-making and conflict resoultion and have a commitment to a patient and family focused environment.

You hold a master's degree in health or buisness administration linked to a clinical profession.
