Role Description The Sales Lead – Real Estate Channel Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing real estate channel partners, including brokers and agencies, to drive qualified leads and sales for Grahm’s projects. The Sales Lead will develop and execute channel sales strategies, maintain strong partner relationships,



and monitor performance against sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting partner meetings, providing product training and marketing support, coordinating site visits and client interactions, and ensuring timely closure of deals. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure a smooth and consistent experience for channel partners and homebuyers.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners within the real estate or related industry.
• Experience in Business Planning and Sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Strong Account Management skills, including relationship-building, partner retention, and performance tracking.
• Proven track record in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals in a quick-paced environment.
