About Rewin Health CareWe are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Customer Support / Customer Engagement Intern to support our engagement with customers, parents, caregivers, and partner institutions. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer communication, relationship management and supporting the adoption of cutting-edge solutions for the neurodivergent population.

Key Responsibilities• Communicate with customers, parents, and caregivers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Assist in onboarding new users and guiding them through the initial steps of using our platform.
• Follow up with customers to understand their experience, address basic queries, and ensure a smooth user journey.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, follow-ups, and support requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.




• Support customer engagement initiatives, feedback collection, and relationship-building activities.
• Assist in scheduling product demonstrations, follow-up calls, and customer meetings.

Eligibility Criteria• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or students currently pursuing their degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and communicating through WhatsApp.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets and documentation.
• A willingness to learn, take responsibility, and interact professionally with customers.
