Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM) OR CX Sales Consultant to design, implement, and support sales compensation solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud. The consultant will work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and Business stakeholders to automate commission calculations, incentive plans, quotas, and compensation reporting.
• Implement and support Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM).
• Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting, and commission rules.
• Design earnings calculations and incentive payout processes.
Your Profile
• Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.
• Perform data migration, testing, and production deployments.
• Validate commission calculations and resolve discrepancies.
• Integrate ICM with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and CRM applications.
Support month-end and quarter-end compensation cycles.
