This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced Meta PPC Specialist with proven, hands-on experience generating leads for U.S.-based home service businesses.

This is not a general Meta Ads position. Direct experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for U.S. home service companies is a strict requirement for this role.

You should have a solid understanding of the U.S. home services market and know how to build, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns that generate qualified leads at target CPLs. Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts is highly preferred.

You will own campaigns end-to-end, combining data-driven performance analysis with strong creative strategy to consistently improve results.

• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.

• Develop campaign strategies covering targeting, campaign structure, budgets, bidding, creative direction, offers, and lead-generation objectives.

• Manage and optimize campaigns for home service companies such as HVAC,



plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, remodeling, painting, cleaning, construction, and other residential/home-based services.

• Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, qualified lead rate, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, frequency, CTR, CPM, and attribution data.

• Optimize campaigns based not only on lead volume but also on lead quality and downstream sales performance.

• Work with CRM and sales teams to identify which Meta campaigns, audiences, creatives, and offers are producing qualified customers.

• Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.

• Brief and collaborate with creative teams on high-performing hooks, angles, offers, video concepts, images, copy, and calls to action.

• Manage significant advertising budgets and confidently scale winning campaigns while maintaining target C
