Role Overview

Dudhi IndustriesPvt Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager-Sales with strong hands-on experiencein private project sales of building materials, construction products,infrastructure products, preferably FRP, GFRP, SMC, or composite-basedproducts.

This is a coreexecution-driven role involving private developers, EPC contractors, industrialcustomers, consultants, architects, PMCs, utilities, and infrastructurecompanies across India. The role requires a deep understanding of projectsales, specification selling, technical approvals, business development, andproject execution.

Requirements

MandatoryEligibility Criteria (Strict – Non-Negotiable)

Candidates mustmeet ALL conditions below:

Experience

• 5–8 years ofexperience in private project sales of:

o Buildingmaterials OR

o Constructionproducts OR

o Infrastructure /utility products





• Experience mustbe directly related to project sales, specification selling, consultantengagement, and private business development.

Mandatory Vehicle,Laptop & Mobile Requirement

• Candidate mustown a personal four-wheeler.

• Valid drivinglicense is mandatory.

• Fuel + TravelReimbursement (actual / per km basis).

Education

• Continuous regulareducation only.

CompensationStructure

• Total CTC:₹ 5 to 7 Lakh per annum

Sales Incentive

• 2% incentive onmonthly sales generated, as per company incentive policy.
