Role & responsibilities

1) Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

2) Researching prospects and generating leads.

3) Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

4) Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

5) Site visits to explain details of project.

6) Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

7) Building and maintaining a CRM database.

8) Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

9) Follow up with perspectives.

10) Participating in sales team meetings.

11) Participating in property expo.

12) Gather knowledge about competitors project.

13) Maintain record of every activity.

14) Co-ordinate with banking & finance manager.

15) Meeting with management.
