HIRING ALERT LOGISTICS OPERATIONS

SPE / SME / TL Chennai (CHN)

Location: Chennai

Department: Logistics Operations

Open Positions: Senior Process Executive (SPE) / Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Team Leader (TL)

Work Mode: WFO

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Salary Details

1. SPE: Up to 4.75 LPA
2. SME: Up to 6.64 LPA
3. TL: Up to 9.48 LPA

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up brokers and drivers in the system, assign driver IDs, and notify internal teams.
2. Set up trucks/units in the system and inform relevant internal teams upon completion.
3. Track and update expiry dates for driver licenses, motor vehicle inspections, LCV training and certifications, Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG) training, Free and Secure Trade (FAST) cards, work permits, passports, and other required documents.
4. Maintain electronic driver files and upload copies of relevant documents.
5. Review monthly maintenance reports for completeness against the expected monthly submission list.
6. Verify Motor Vehicle Inspection reports, Workers Compensation Board (WCB) documents, and monthly maintenance reports for accuracy and completeness.
7. Update tracking lists and system records to confirm receipt of documents.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve missing documentation and maintain accurate records.

Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and established operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience in Logistics Operations, Freight Rating, Freight Billing, or related logistics processes.
3. Hands-on experience with any one of the following tools:
4. PeopleNet Fleet Management
5. MercuryGate CARMA
6. Oracle Fusion Cloud
7. Strong attention to detail and documentation management skills.
8. Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
9. Ability to maintain accurate system records and track document expiry dates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Candidates with a Logistics Operations background are preferred.
2. Experience in broker, driver, and truck/unit setup is an advantage.
3. Knowledge of fleet documentation, compliance tracking, and maintenance reports is desirable.
4. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
5. Candidates from a pure Supply Chain background without relevant logistics operations experience are not required.
