Job Summary: We are looking for proactive and capable IT Support Team Leads to manage IT support activities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's systems and processes. The ideal candidates should possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Candidates with an MBA qualification and prior hands-on experience in software development or technical operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of employee queries and technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand system-related challenges and provide appropriate support.
- Monitor and manage IT support requests, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Assist employees in using the company's software applications, systems, and digital tools.
- Identify recurring issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to improve system efficiency.




- Maintain records of support requests, issue resolution, and team performance.
- Guide and mentor IT Support Executives and ensure adherence to established processes.
- Escalate critical issues to management and provide regular updates on support activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and effective implementation of IT-related initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA qualification required.
- Prior hands-on experience in software development, IT operations, or technical support would be an advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with different departments.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and focus on timely execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with a combination of management education and technical exposure who can effectively coordinate between business teams and IT support functions.
