Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DevOps SME with 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and artifact management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Linux, scripting, Terraform, GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory, and Chainguard, with proven experience managing Artifactory in GCP/GKE environments.

The candidate should demonstrate stable career progression with reasonable tenure in previous organizations. Candidates from established Tier-1/Tier-2 IT services organizations are preferred, with a strong emphasis on verifiable employment and education details for a smooth background verification process.

Job Requirements & Skills

- 8+ years of overall DevOps / Infrastructure experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux.
- Strong scripting skills - Shell/Bash, Python, or equivalent.
- Hands-on expertise with Terraform.
- Strong experience with GitHub Actions.
- Strong hands-on administration experience with JFrog Artifactory.
- Mandatory: Hands-on Chainguard experience.
- Hands-on experience managing JFrog Artifactory in GCP/GKE environments.
- Positive understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and containerized environments.
- 8+ years of relevant DevOps experience with strong hands-on technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ownership of enterprise DevOps platforms and tooling.
- Stable employment history preferred; candidates with frequent job changes may not be suitable.
- Candidates from established Tier-1/Tier-2 IT services organizations preferred.
- All employment, education, and other background-verification details should be accurate and verifiable.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.




- Experience with Kubernetes/GKE administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing artifact lifecycle and repository management strategies.
- Understanding of software supply-chain security and container image security.
- Experience integrating Artifactory with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with IAM, secrets, access control, and security best practices in GCP.
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and production support.

Job Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade DevOps and CI/CD solutions.
- Administer and manage JFrog Artifactory, including repositories, access controls, permissions, configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Artifactory deployments and integrations within GCP/GKE environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Implement infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform.
- Write and maintain automation scripts using Shell/Python or equivalent scripting languages.
- Perform Linux administration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and automation.
- Implement secure software supply-chain practices using Chainguard technologies.
- Work with development, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to integrate DevOps tooling into enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, artifact, infrastructure, and pipeline-related issues.
- Establish and maintain DevOps standards, reusable automation, and best practices.
- Support production environments and participate in incident resolution when required.
- Contribute to improving CI/CD reliability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
