The incumbent will be responsible for leading the maintenance function of the precast manufacturing facility, ensuring maximum availability, reliability, and performance of all production equipment, utilities, and material handling systems. The role will focus on preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability improvement, breakdown management, resource optimization, spare parts control, and safety compliance to maximize plant uptime, support production targets, enhance asset life, and achieve operational excellence in precast manufacturing.
