A) Business Development Manager – Overseas Recruitment – 5+ Years of Experience Required
B) Business Development Evecutive – Overseas Recruitment – 2+ Years of Experience Required

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager & Executive to join our team at a leading overseas recruitment firm in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the global recruitment market.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree
2) Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
3) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4) Ability to build and maintain long-term skilled relationships.
5) A proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated approach.
6) Familiarity with overseas recruitment processes and labor markets is an advantage

Key Responsibility:
1)



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the overseas recruitment industry.
2) Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
3) Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
4) Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
5) Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful fulfilment of client needs.
6) Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
7) Achieve and exceed business development targets and KPIs.
8) Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and job fairs to build brand awareness.

C) Recruiter – Overseas Recruitment.

1) Graduation / Minimum Higher Secondary School Education.
2) Minimum of 2+ years of experience in overseas recruitment
3) Experience in sourcing for senior profiles for heavy industries such as Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery, Etc

D) Recruitment Coordinator (Oordination ation RAT perations) – Overseas Recruitment.

1) Graduation / Minimum Higher Secondary School Education.
2) Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Coordination for overseas recruitment for
3) Experience in Gulf recruitment is a must

E) Telecallers.

1) Graduation / Minimum Higher Secondary School Education.
2) Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Telecalling
