Job Summary: We are looking for a strong leader who will be responsible for the operations management, business strategy, organizational profitability and performance. The role requires building robust teams to derive organizational results.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the founder and advisors to strategize business priorities and decisions

Develop business strategies, growth initiatives, and provide guidance for organizational success

Derive revenue growth and market expansion to maximize the profitability of the organization





Oversee the whole process of manufacturing, production, planning, and logistics to ensure operational efficiency

Oversee the entire process of P&L;, budgets, cash flow, working capital, and profitability.

Monitor operating costs and implement financial controls.

Drive the functions of sales and business development to ensure excellent customer relationships

Oversee the functions of procurement and vendor management

Ensure quality and compliance with applicable statutory

Skills:

- 11-25 years of Industry experience, with 3-5 years leadership experience in manufacturing related industry.
- Proven track record in P&L; management and business growth.
- Experience in company expansion, and business transformation is preferred
