Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AR Caller to manage insurance claim follow-ups, resolve denials, and accelerate reimbursements for US healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have robust US healthcare RCM knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with payer calls and CMS-1500 claim forms.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with US insurance payers on unpaid, pending, and denied claims.
- Identify denial reasons, underpayments, and reimbursement delays.
- Review CMS-1500 forms, EOBs, and claim details to identify errors and support claim resolution.
- Coordinate appeals, corrected claims, and resubmissions with the billing team.
- Prioritize AR aging buckets (30/60/90/120+ days)



and maintain accurate call logs.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on AR follow-up experience in US healthcare RCM.
- Experience with outbound payer calls, IVR systems, and insurance portals.
- Working knowledge of CMS-1500 forms, CPT and ICD codes, EOBs, and denial management.
- Familiarity with AR aging analysis, claim appeals, and resubmissions.
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Willingness to work the US shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST) in a remote setup.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment.

Good to Have: Experience with Kareo, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or similar billing platforms, and exposure to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.
