WE ARE HIRING | Manager / Senior Manager MEP Execution

We are looking for an experienced MEP Execution professional for a reputed industrial real estate developer to manage MEPF services across multiple industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end MEPF execution, from design coordination to testing, commissioning and final handover.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Review MEP drawings, GFC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and tender packages.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, PMC teams, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor site progress, installation quality, material approvals and execution schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes,



statutory requirements and safety standards.
- Provide technical inputs for project planning, cost estimation and troubleshooting.

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 12–14 years of relevant experience in MEPF design coordination and execution.
- Strong exposure to industrial real estate, Warehouse industrial parks or logistics park projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects at a portfolio level, ideally 3–5 projects simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of MEPF systems, BOQs, budgeting, testing, commissioning and handover.
