Looking for an experienced Workday Technical Lead with solid hands-on expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical solution design.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Workday technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday technical solutions.
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Workday integrations and reporting solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder(EIB), Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, Advanced Reports, and BIRT reports.

Required Technical Skills

- Workday Integrations: EIB, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect.
- Cloud Connect: PICOF, PECI, CCW,



and CCB.
- Workday Reporting: Advanced Report Writer, BIRT Reporting, dashboards, and data analytics.
- Workday Configuration: Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, and Custom Fields.
- Technical Skills: XML, XSLT, integration troubleshooting, testing, and validation.

Key Requirements

- Workday technical design, development, and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations and report development.
- Proven expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, and advanced reporting capabilities.
- Experience in technical solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and release management.
