We are looking for an AI Engineer with experience in Python, FastAPI, and AWS to build and deploy scalable AI solutions. The role involves developing LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and AI microservices for insurance processes such as underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.

Role & responsibilities:

- Solid proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Practical experience integrating LLM APIs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and retrieval systems.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
- Experience with vector databases and similarity search technologies such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Experience deploying and operating AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of model evaluation, observability,



latency optimization, and production reliability.
- Knowledge of secure AI development practices, data privacy, and auditable system design

Preferred candidate profile :

- Experience building AI solutions for insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with document intelligence, OCR, information extraction, and knowledge retrieval.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines, and model optimization.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and production monitoring.
- Understanding of SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar security and compliance frameworks.

This is a remote position with working hours aligned to international team operations and business requirements.
