Location: Hyderabad / Delhi

** Exposure in Building material / Paints / Kitchen domain is required

Requirement:

- 3-8 years kitchen/interiors/design-led retail or premium consultative sales.
- Design literacy and ability to learn technical constraints.
- Robust communication.
- Curious listener; aesthetically sensitive; structured follow-up.
- Comfortable discussing money without becoming price-led.

- CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene and conversion diagnostics

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Architecture, Engineering or a relevant discipline; demonstrated domain performance matters more than degree pedigree.
- Evidence of work should be tested through a role-relevant case, work sample, portfolio or structured problem-solving discussion rather than credentials alone.
