Sales Executive | BrookMap
About the Role :
The role involves outreach, product
demonstrations, follow-ups, and converting prospects into active users.
Experience Requirement :
: Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required. Candidates must have experience in a non-real-estate industry.
: Applicants with prior real estate industry experience will not be considered.

We are looking for candidates who
can bring strong sales fundamentals from fields such as retail, telecom, banking, SaaS, consumer products, or other
non-real-estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
-Identify and approach potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and field visits.
- Build relationships with property dealers and plot owners and explain how BrookMap helps them showcase
properties using mapped sector layouts and location context.
- Conduct product demos, handle questions, and guide prospects through onboarding and property listing.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up pipeline and convert qualified leads into active customers.
-Track calls, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and daily activity in a CRM or sales tracker.
- Meet weekly and monthly outreach, onboarding, and conversion targets.




- Share customer feedback and competitor observations with the team.
Required Skills :
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience outside the real estate industry.
- Strong verbal communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting in-person meetings or field visits when required.
-Self-motivated, resilient, organised, and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
- Basic smartphone, email, spreadsheet, and CRM skills.
- Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English is preferred.
Preferred Backgrounds
Retail sales, telecom, banking and financial services, insurance, SaaS, consumer durables, FMCG, or other
customer-facing sales roles outside real estate.
