Required Qualifications

- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Experience supporting Technology, IT Services, Engineering, BFSI, Healthcare, Shared Services, or GCC organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leadership.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or multinational workplace.
- Exposure to global workforce management and matrix organizations.
- Experience supporting large-scale hiring, talent transformation, and organizational change programs.
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools and HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
