Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Explain courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fee structures, and career opportunities.
- Understand students academic backgrounds and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Handle student queries and maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Guide students through the application and admission process.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely completion of applications.
- Maintain skilled communication and deliver a positive student experience.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in education counselling, university admissions, edtech, student recruitment, or telesales will be preferred.
