Job Summary

We are hiring experienced and target-driven professionals for the positions of Senior Academic Counsellor/Team Leader. Candidates must have prior experience in the EdTech industry, strong sales and counselling skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets. For the Team Leader position, prior team-handling experience is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students and guide them towards suitable educational programs.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into successful enrolments.

* Achieve monthly sales, admission, and revenue targets.

* Follow up with prospective students to maximize conversions.

* Handle customer objections and effectively communicate program benefits.

* Maintain accurate lead data, sales reports, and CRM updates.

* Monitor sales performance and ensure timely follow-ups.

* Guide, motivate, and manage team members to achieve targets (Team Leader).

* Conduct regular team meetings and track daily KPIs and performance.

* Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams for student onboarding.

Key Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

*Senior Academic Counsellor:



Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counselling / Inside Sales.

* Team Leader: Minimum 1+ years of relevant EdTech experience, including at least 1 year of team-handling experience.

* Prior EdTech industry experience is mandatory.

* Proven track record of achieving individual and/or team sales targets.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

* Robust leadership and team management abilities for the Team Leader role.

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

* Proficiency in English and Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.

* Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to motivate team members and drive consistent performance.
