Key Responsibilities

- Lead to Coupa implementation, configuration support, enhancement, and procurement transformation initiatives.




- Gather and analyse business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, and translate requirements into functional and solution designs.
- Support solution design, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and procurement process optimization.
- Configure or support the configuration of Coupa modules and functionalities based on business requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver procurement technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and implementation partners to resolve functional issues and deliver project outcomes.
- Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives spanning sourcing, contracting, supplier management, risk management, and procure-to-pay processes.
- Prepare functional documentation, solution specifications, process flows, and implementation-related deliverables.
