We are hiring customer service associates for our international chat process

Key Responsibilities For Chat Process:

- Handled customer queries through chat and written communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Managed multiple customer chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
- Understood customer requirements and provided appropriate solutions based on products and services.
- Maintained a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Demonstrated strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Handling Dual Chat or Triple Chats handling

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 10+2 (Mandatory), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream) Experience: Minimum 0 to 1yrs experience required

Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication

Immediate joiners preferred

Advantages: Salary package up to 2.5 to upto 3.4 LPA Only
