Looking for a dynamic and highly driven professional to lead the design, planning, Cost leadership and operations of the Last Mile function.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end Last Mile operations strategy and execution
• Lead the cost optimisation charter
• Drive manpower planning, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency
• Design scalable operating models and process improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, category, tech, HR, and business teams
• Build strong governance mechanisms and performance tracking frameworks
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and design thinking approaches
• Ensure high service levels, customer experience, and cost optimization
• Lead large teams and foster a high-performance operations culture
