Job Description Delivery Head, Automotive Americas

- Own end-to-end delivery and growth for a portfolio of Automotive and Mobility accounts across North America, with accountability for revenue, margin, customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Manage a multi-account portfolio of ~100–150+ associates, spanning onsite, nearshore and offshore delivery teams across diverse technology areas.
- Act as the senior delivery interface with customer , IT leaders, business stakeholders and sourcing teams, building strong executive relationships and trusted-advisor positioning.
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by identifying whitespace, shaping opportunities, supporting proposals/RFPs and converting delivery relationships into new business.
- Own annual and quarterly revenue, margin, utilization and growth targets, proactively managing gaps and developing recovery plans where required.
- Lead large Application Development, Maintenance & Support (ADMS/AMS), Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, ERP and modernization programs within the Automotive ecosystem.
- Bring strong understanding of Automotive OEM, Commercial Vehicle, Captive Finance and Manufacturing domains, including vehicle lifecycle, manufacturing, supply chain, connected vehicle and dealer/customer ecosystems.
- Drive AI, GenAI and Agentic AI adoption across accounts,



identifying workloads suitable for automation and developing credible productivity and business-value propositions for customers.
- Build and scale Automation and Testing transformation, including modern engineering practices, Playwright/automation frameworks, AI-led testing and next-generation Quality Engineering.
- Provide strong delivery governance, covering program health, SLA/KPI performance, financials, risks, escalations, quality, security, compliance and executive reporting.
- Own workforce and talent strategy across the portfolio, including demand forecasting, hiring, pyramid optimization, succession planning, critical-skill development and onsite/offshore mix.
- Lead complex transitions and transformations, including vendor consolidation, managed-services transitions, BOT/operating-model changes and movement of work across locations.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Practices, CoEs, Staffing and Industry teams to build differentiated solutions and execute account growth strategies.
- Demonstrate strong executive communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and resolve high-impact customer and internal escalations.
- Operate as a business owner for the portfolio, combining delivery excellence, commercial acumen, technology leadership, people leadership and a solid growth mindset to expand strategic Automotive accounts.
