HOW DATAEKO AND MONKNEO WORK TOGETHER

BuildOperateTransfer (BOT) is a model in which a specialist partner builds a dedicated team for a client, runs it day to day against agreed business outcomes, and gives the client the option to bring the team in- house once it is established. Dataeko and MonkNeo have entered into a BOT engagement for MonkNeo

Hyderabad market: Dataeko recruits, employs and manages the team and provides workspace, tools and leadership; MonkNeo provides the product, training and technical support. The team works exclusively on
MonkNeo.

ROLE AT A GLANCE

Location: Hyderabad field-first, Kondapur office base




Experience : Open: aptitude over tenure (fresher to 5 years)
Team: One of six field executives in a 10-member launch team
Reports to: Sales Manager, MonkNeo Programme
Annual CTC: 3- 7.5 lakhs per annum which may include a 25% performance variable
Employment: Full-time, Dataeko payroll

MUST-HAVES

A genuine understanding of AI and agents, in the true sense, and the eagerness to help customers see
why agentic AI belongs in finance and other departments.

Client-facing, business or finance-operations exposure: B2B field sales, audit, accounts, or an early-
career start. We hire for aptitude, so tenure is flexible.

Confidence in front of CXOs and comfort with a consultative, pilot-led sale.

Strong knowledge of Hyderabads business geography.
Fluent English and Telugu (Hindi a plus); notice period of 15 days or less preferred.

HIGHLY PREFERRED

Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for daily field coverage.
Working knowledge of the accounting functionAP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, GST/TDS, MIS through education or work, ideally with hands-on Tally or ERP use.

Exposure to finance in at least one priority sector IT and software (project and milestone billing, export invoicing and forex receivables, SEZ/STPI), hospitals (TPA and insurance claims, government-scheme
billing, doctor payouts, pharmacy), or real estate (RERA escrow, buyer collections, contractor billing,
project costing).

A commerce or finance education: B.Com, M.Com, BBA or MBA (Finance), or CA, CMA or CS studies including candidates who cleared Foundation or Inter and chose a business career over practice.
Experience working in, auditing or selling to finance teams: accounts executive, audit associate, or Tally/ERP and accounting software sales.
A network among CA firms, Tally partners and finance teams.
