Essential Qualification Experience-: 10th pass + DMLT/MLT diploma or equivalent + 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
AND
Three years of graduate degree in Public health/Nursing/ Health Science + one year of experience in Clinical projects.
Desirable Qualification Experience-:
- Diploma or qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT/DMLT).
- Experience in clinical laboratory management and record keeping.
- Experience in working Clinical trial
- Experience in clinical/public health research and familiarity with case report forms (CRFs), research databases, and Microsoft Excel.
Job requirement-:
- Assist in collecting samples and performing KOH smear examination as per study protocol and laboratory guidelines.
- Maintain laboratory records,
ensure proper sample labelling and storage, follow biosafety and quality control practices, and coordinate with the research team for laboratory documentation and studyrelated activities.
- Record and Data Management for clinical trial
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer or Principal Investigator
- Coordinate with the study team, and participants, maintain study records and documentation, and ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Assist in participant recruitment, screening, enrolment, and follow-up visits as per the study protocol, maintaining participant records and documentation.
- Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer or Principal Investigator.
Consolidated Emolument/ Salary-: Rs.21,600 per month (Including HRA)
Duration-: 1 year (expandable based on project duration and performance review)
