Key Responsibilities :
Interact with US Insurance Companies regarding claim status and payments
Analyze and resolve denied or pending claims
Maintain claim documentation and process records
Identify trends and escalate recurring issues
Participate in training and process improvement initiatives
Support revenue cycle operations for healthcare clients
