Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Transaction Matching, and reconciliation transformation for global finance operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle ARCS solutions, designing reconciliation workflows, automating transaction matching, and integrating Oracle EPM with ERP and other source systems. Strong accounting knowledge and an understanding of financial close and reconciliation processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle ARCS modules to meet business requirements.
- Design and configure account reconciliation workflows, certification processes, approval controls, and reconciliation policies.
- Configure Transaction Matching rules, matching types, and automated reconciliation processes.
- Manage reconciliation profiles, matches, and exception handling to improve reconciliation efficiency.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EPM, ERP platforms, and other source systems.
- Manage data integration, data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Configure and maintain reports and dashboards for reconciliation monitoring and analysis.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and end-user training.
- Support month-end and period-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate account reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities to automate reconciliation processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting,



and technical teams to ensure effective implementation and adoption.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

- 7–10 years of overall Oracle EPM experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle ARCS implementation and/or support experience.

- Robust practical expertise in the following areas:

- Reconciliation Compliance: Account reconciliation workflows, certification processes, reconciliation profiles, and approval controls.
- Transaction Matching: Configuration of matching rules, matching types, profiles, matches, and automated reconciliation processes.
- Data Integration / Data Management: Data loading, transformation, validation, and integration with source systems.
- Reports and Dashboards: Development and configuration of reports and dashboards for reconciliation tracking and analysis.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, account reconciliation, and financial close processes.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM solutions with Oracle ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot reconciliation discrepancies, integration failures, and production issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA in Finance.
- Experience supporting global financial close and reconciliation processes.
- Oracle ARCS Cloud certification.
- Experience working with multinational organizations and large-scale finance transformation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will combine strong Oracle ARCS functional and technical expertise with a solid understanding of accounting and reconciliation processes. The candidate should be capable of implementing reconciliation solutions, automating transaction matching, supporting global finance operations, and resolving complex reconciliation issues.

Candidates with hands-on implementation experience in both Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching will be preferred.
