About the job

We are looking for a Project Manager experienced in delivering CRM projects for financial institutions. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of project management experience, with strong experience in banking projects, stakeholder management, and system integrations.

What You Will Be Doing

- Facilitating sprint planning, ensuring that the team creates actionable tasks and estimates. Supporting the team to meet sprint goals, ensuring that sprints are completed on time with high-quality deliverables. Ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders and the team throughout the sprint and project life cycle.
- Guiding and reviewing Requirements Documents, Functional Specs with wire frame diagrams and process charts and Technical Design Documents. Also required to prepare and review proposals for projects and change requests.
- Identifying and managing the risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies of the project and communicating through project status reports and project boards.
- Actively reviewing project teams project artifacts and documents.
- Conducting project presentations, daily huddles, project board, steering committee meetings.

What We Are Looking For

- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering of CRM projects for banks, credit unions or financial institutions.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM projects.




- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Demonstrated ability to manage integrations with systems such as core banking, CRM, and third-party services.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience with tools like MS Project, Devops.
- PMP certification is a must. PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
