Graysons Global Ventures is hiring a Rental Credit Controller.
Location: Noida

We are looking for a smart, professional, and detail-oriented individual with strong English communication skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Check that rental schedules are set up correctly in the CRM at the start of each tenancy, including rental amounts, payment dates, frequency, tenancy dates, and applicable charges.
Identify and correct errors or omissions in rental schedules before they result in inaccurate balances, missed invoices, or incorrect arrears.
Monitor rental arrears and coordinate timely follow-up with tenants and onsite teams.
Produce weekly debt reports for management, showing aged arrears, collection progress, payment arrangements, and priority actions.
Prepare monthly landlord reports detailing outstanding rent, recovery activity, and matters requiring attention.
Communicate outstanding balances and agreed actions to onsite teams, ensuring follow-up is completed and recorded.
Monitor automated CRM processes, including rent reminders, arrears communications, and escalation workflows,



identifying and resolving missed or failed actions.
Refer debts older than 30 days to the in-house legal team, providing accurate account statements, communication records, and supporting documents.
Review unallocated payments, investigate unidentified receipts, and arrange allocation to the correct tenant accounts.
Identify missing or incorrect rental allocations and work with finance teams to reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of recovery activity, disputes, and payment arrangements while handling confidential information appropriately.

Experience & Skills
3-4 years of experience in Credit Control, Rental Debt Management, or Accounts Receivable, ideally within Property Management or Accommodation.
Strong reconciliation, Excel, and reporting skills.
Experience using CRM or Property Management systems.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Skilled, confident, and presentable personality.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing rental schedules, tenant accounts, and payment allocations.
Ability to coordinate actions across multiple teams and meet reporting deadlines.
Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
