Job Summary

Tamil language is mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced Plant HR Operations professional with relevant experience in managing end-to-end HR operations within a plant/manufacturing workplace.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in payroll, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, exit formalities, employee engagement, and employee relations. Tamil language proficiency is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant location.
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, transfers and separation.
- Coordinate and manage monthly payroll processing, attendance and leave inputs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and manage HR records, employee documentation and statutory registers.
- Handle employee exit and full-and-final settlement formalities.
- Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives at the plant.
- Address employee queries,



grievances and day-to-day employee relations matters.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on manpower and HR-related requirements.
- Support audits, inspections and other statutory/compliance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS and relevant documentation.
- Work closely with plant management to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.

Candidate Profile

- Plant HR / HR Operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll, HR Operations and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in employee engagement and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of exit formalities and employee separation processes.
- Strong understanding of plant-level HR processes and labour compliance.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage employee-related matters at the plant.
