Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee HR operations, employee documentation, and administration.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace discipline.
- Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases.
- Manage resignations, exit formalities, and full-and-final settlements.
- Coordinate with management, department heads, and the Accounts team.
- Manage administration related work.
