Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Functional & Technical Consultant with robust hands-on experience in Workday configuration, functional consulting, and technical enablement. The role requires a balanced combination of HRIS/HCM functional expertise and technical capabilities across Workday-native tools and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional consulting and configure Workday HCM to support business and HR requirements.
- Work on Workday Orchestrate and Workday Extend for workflow automation, integrations, and lightweight application development.
- Support Sana and Sana Enterprise capabilities within the Workday ecosystem.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation using SQL and Python.




- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, business, and technical stakeholders to improve processes and application performance.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS/HCM or enterprise business applications.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Strong experience in Workday functional consulting and HR configuration.
- Good hands-on experience with Workday Orchestrate and Workday Extend.
- Exposure to Sana, Sana Enterprise, and lightweight Extend solutions.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and data analysis.
- Ability to balance functional consulting with technical enablement and solution delivery.
