Role Purpose

The Operations GSC Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of backoffice and transactional operational activities supporting the Trailers & Intermodal business within Multi Modal Solutions, across the order-to-billing lifecycle.

He/she will manage load/order data entry and validation, documentation processing, equipment and chassis record maintenance, detention and demurrage accessorial processing, invoicing and billing support, exception queue management and operational reporting in accordance with established SOPs, service levels and business requirements.

This is a non-customer-facing, systems and data-driven role that requires close coordination with the onshore Control Tower, Billing, Finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of operational transactions, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and data integrity.
