We are seeking a visionary leader for overall program and Accountable for the entire production services & transformation portfolio, takes care of the needs of the clients production services strategy, goals, cloud strategy, maximize application availability and ensure high client / end user satisfaction, encompassing Automation, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Service Delivery and Operations.

In addition, also responsible for the following activities:

- Oversee and manage people transition and review overall onboarding of the team into Infosys organization
- Establishes the goals and strategies of Infosys engagement aligned to the client organization
- Drive Cloud adoption for Infosys clients and streamline Cloud based operations solutions with maximum efficiencies
- Delivering engineering standards and production resiliency strategies with grasp on end to end enterprise automation solutions




- Drive Automation using the best in class tools, technologies and recommend products both within Infosys, as well as industry leading and partner ecosystem
- Exercises wide latitude in discretionary decision making related to people, financials, contracts and service management
- Improve Production Risk Posture for Infosys clients by robust focus on risk reduction strategies
- Strong CXO level stake holder management, directly interacts with the higher-level executives in both Infosys and Client organizations which comprise of Executive Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents and Vice Presidents for broad based strategy and direction
- Induct strong global talents to serve Infosys clients thereby improving workforce quality and flexible resource pool.
