- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop automated tests using tools like Gatling or Load Runner to simulate large-scale user scenarios.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for performance engineering and monitoring.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in performance testing (ISTQB certified).
- Robust knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools (e.g., JMeter), and technologies (e.g., HTTP protocols).
- Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders; excellent communication skills required.
