KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Performance Cycle Ownership
- Provide end-to-end support for the Annual Performance & Compensation cycle, from design and configuration through
testing, launch, execution, and readiness.
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday Rewards components including compensation plans, eligibility rules, salary structures,
compensation worksheets, reporting, and roles & security.
- Maintain and govern salary structures, including periodic updates aligned to compensation framework changes.
- Administer job profiles and the broader compensation framework in support of cycle accuracy and consistency.
- Support performance cycle activities including eligibility validation, data preparation, launch readiness checks, issue triage,
and coordination with process owners.
- Assist compensation cycle preparation through report refreshes, population validation, data quality checks, issue logging,
and coordination of corrections.
Data Validation, Reconciliation & Production Support
- Perform data validation and reconciliation before, during, and after cycle execution to ensure accuracy across compensation
and performance data sets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Rewards-related tickets and production incidents, escalating complex or out-of-scope
issues with full context documentation.
- Provide Workday ACP (Advanced Compensation) support, including stabilization activities, knowledge capture, and
preparation for future compensation cycles.
Reporting, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain existing standard Workday compensation and performance reports - refreshing on schedule, validating outputs,
and distributing to defined stakeholders.




- Capture recurring cycle issues and contribute to knowledge base articles, SOPs, and runbooks to strengthen readiness for
future cycles.
- Maintain accurate, complete case documentation in ServiceNow HRSD in line with team standards, supporting
AI/knowledge deflection goals.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Working knowledge of the Workday Compensation module across Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and
Performance-linked Advancement.
- Practical experience configuring and testing compensation plans, eligibility rules, salary structures, and compensation worksheets.
- Exposure to Workday mass data loads (EIB/iLoad) and pre-load data quality validation.
- Ability to build, refresh, and troubleshoot Workday standard reports, including compensation and performance-related reporting.
- Understanding of Workday roles & security as applied to compensation and performance business processes.
- Robust data accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in load file preparation, population validation, and reconciliation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, post-Go-Live stabilization environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience with a ticketing tool for case management; ServiceNow HRSD exposure strongly preferred.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English.





PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

Essential
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Tech, HRIS support, or a shared services environment.
- Hands-on exposure to Workday Compensation configuration (plans, eligibility, salary structures) and/or Performance cycle support.
- Exposure to Workday mass data loads (EIBs/iLoad s) or equivalent bulk data tools.
- Experience supporting at least one full HR business cycle - performance review, compensation planning, or year-end processes.
- Ability to independently validate data and triage issues for compensation and performance cycles under senior guidance.Preferred
- Prior experience in a stabilization or hyper care support context following a Workday Go-Live.
- Familiarity with Workday Advanced Compensation and merit/performance-linked pay processes.
- Experience with Workday security group design (RBSG/UBSG) as it relates to compensation and performance processes.
- GCC or shared services background (Hyderabad or Kuala Lumpur preferred).
