We are looking for an EdTech Product Officer to help shape the product vision, translate learner and market needs into product features, coordinate product development, and build a scalable education technology offering.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product objectives, target learner segments, value propositions, feature priorities, and development roadmaps aligned with BizVidyas business goals.
- Learner & Market Research: Research learner needs, skill gaps, educator requirements, industry expectations, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiated EdTech products.
- Product Design & Development Coordination: Translate business and learner requirements into product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with developers, designers, educators, and content teams.
- Learning Experience Design: Help structure learning journeys, course delivery models, assessments, interactive learning features, progress tracking, and learner engagement mechanisms.
- MVP Development & Testing: Identify essential features for the minimum viable product (MVP), coordinate prototypes and product testing, collect feedback, and prioritise improvements based on user needs.
- Content & Curriculum Integration: Work with subject-matter experts, educators, and content creators to align learning content, course structure, assessments, and practical learning outcomes with product objectives.
- Product Analytics & Performance: Define and monitor product KPIs, including learner acquisition, activation, engagement, course completion, retention, satisfaction, and conversion.
- Technology & Innovation: Explore to incorporate AI-enabled learning, personalised recommendations, automated assessments, learner analytics, and other relevant technologies into the product roadmap.
- Business Model & Monetisation: Support decisions regarding course pricing, subscriptions, institutional licensing, corporate training, and other potential revenue models.




- Product Documentation & Execution: Maintain product requirement documents, feature backlogs, release plans, product documentation, and stakeholder updates to ensure systematic execution.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in product management, EdTech, instructional design, digital learning, education management, or technology-driven product development.
- Strong understanding of user research, product roadmaps, requirements gathering, and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate learner needs and business objectives into practical product features.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, online learning systems, SaaS products, product analytics, or AI-enabled education tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership in an early-stage venture.

Equity-Only Engagement Terms
- This is an equity-only founding team opportunity, with no fixed salary at the current stage.
- Expected commitment: 20-25 hours per week.
- No guaranteed immediate cash compensation. Any future salary arrangement will depend on funding, revenue, and mutual agreement.
- Equity will be discussed based on expertise, contribution, responsibilities, and long-term commitment.
- Core founding team equity will be subject to a five-year vesting structure and mutually agreed terms.
- The selected candidate will have the chance to shape BizVidyas product strategy, learning experience, technology roadmap, and long-term growth.
