- System Integration: Collaborate with IT and developers to design, test, and implement data warehousing, reporting, and policy management systems.

- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure data systems align with insurance regulations and track performance using dashboards.

- Testing: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that recent software solutions match functional requirements

- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases,
