Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), specifically Capital Planning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Capex budgeting, fixed asset planning, depreciation modelling, and Oracle EPM implementation.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Capital Planning solutions to support capital expenditure budgeting, asset management, and financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPBCS Capital Planning solutions.
- Gather and analyse business requirements related to Capex budgeting, capital investments, fixed asset planning, and asset management.
- Configure Capital Planning modules, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Develop and maintain models for depreciation, asset acquisition, asset transfers, and asset retirement.
- Build and maintain integrations with ERP Fixed Asset systems.
- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts and business rules to support planning and calculation requirements.




- Work with Data Integration and Data Management functionalities to facilitate data loading and integration.
- Use Calculation Manager and Smart View for calculations, reporting, analysis, and validation.
- Support testing, deployment, user training, hypercare, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Collaborate with finance, business, and technical teams to deliver effective planning solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance planning system performance.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

- 710 years of overall Oracle EPM experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on EPBCS/PBCS implementation experience.
- Solid practical expertise in Oracle EPBCS Capital Planning.
- Experience in Capex budgeting and fixed asset planning.
- Hands-on experience with depreciation modelling.
- Experience with Data Integration and Data Management.
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting.
- Experience with Business Rules, Calculation Manager, and Smart View.
- Strong understanding of capital budgeting, fixed assets, and project investments.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM solutions with Oracle ERP, SAP, or other ERP platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- CA or MBA in Finance.
- Oracle EPM Cloud certification.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise planning and financial transformation projects.
