R&D; Team Lead (BUS PIS) Hardware & Firmware

Experience: 8–10 Years | Qualification: B.Tech – Electronics Engineering

Role Objective

To lead end-to-end R&D; activities, driving hardware design, firmware development, system integration, and final product delivery with a strong focus on technical excellence, quality, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead hardware architecture, circuit design, prototyping, and validation.
- Drive firmware development independently or lead and manage firmware development teams.
- Own hardware–firmware integration, system-level testing, debugging, and performance validation.
- Ensure end-to-end system delivery, from concept and design through development, testing, and final deployment.
- Lead the R&D; team, establish technical priorities, and ensure timely project execution.
- Drive root-cause analysis, design optimization, and product reliability.





Mandatory Requirements

- B.Tech in Electronics Engineering.
- 8–10 years of total relevant experience in electronics product development or R&D.;
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on hardware design experience.
- Proven experience in firmware development or managing firmware development teams.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end system development, integration, and delivery.
- Robust technical leadership, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
