About the Role
NLB Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals to join our US IT Recruitment team. If you have experience in US IT staffing, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates for technical positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Work toward recruitment targets and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on US IT technologies, recruitment trends, and staffing practices.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years in US IT Recruitment or US IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies, job requirements, and recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in the night shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM.
