Roles Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end administration and support for Mac OS devices across the enterprise environment.
- Manage device provisioning, configuration, software deployment, patch management, and policy enforcement using JAMF Pro/Casper Suite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Mac OS hardware, software, security, and connectivity issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform system upgrades, OS migrations, inventory management, and compliance monitoring activities.
- Support end users with Mac-specific applications, peripherals, VPN, email, and collaboration tools.

Technical Requirement
- Experience in Mac OS Administration and Support.
- Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro (Casper Suite) for device management and automation.
- Robust understanding of macOS administration, troubleshooting, and security best practices.




- Experience with application packaging, software deployment, patching, and endpoint management.
- Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM), device enrollment, and mobile device management (MDM) concepts.
- Familiarity with scripting technologies such as Bash, Shell, or Python for automation tasks.
- Understanding of identity and access management tools such as Azure AD, Okta, or Active Directory.
