2. Coordinate export orders, shipment schedules, and dispatch activities in collaboration with internal departments.

3. Liaise with international customers and distributors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.

4. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely shipment and customs clearance.

5. Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade documentation requirements.

6. Maintain accurate records of export orders, shipments, invoices, and other relevant commercial documents.

7. Coordinate with Cross functional departments to ensure smooth execution of export operations.

8. Monitor shipment status, resolve export-related issues, and prepare periodic reports on export activities.
