Role & responsibilities

- Business Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metricsacross business units.
- Analyze performance variances, spot trends, and identify operational risks and growth opportunities.
- Reporting & Dashboard Management:
- Own end-to-end operational and executive reporting cadences (daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews).
- Build, maintain, and update standardizeddashboards, ensuring high data accuracy and timeliness.
- Strategic Support & Analytics :
- Execute ad hoc financial and business analyses to evaluate current initiatives and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams(Operations, Product, Sales) to support problem-solving and business planning.
- Presentation & Executive Communication :




- Prepare high-impact presentations and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Technical Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is preferred.
- Analytical Aptitude: Strong numerical reasoning, financial modelling capability, and attention to detail.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to interact with cross-functional team leads.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, rapid-paced, and evolving environment.
