- Provide production support for PLM applications and related business processes.
- Monitor application health and ensure availability of production systems.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in line with support processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
Technical Requirement
- Solid understanding of Maintenance and Production Support Processes.
- Experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Production Support.
