Job Description - HR Intern - TA Commercial Analytics

About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and technology-savvy HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition Commercial team in driving recruitment analytics, process automation, dashboarding, and vendor commercial governance. The ideal candidate should have strong data analytics capabilities, a passion for automation, and an interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources.
This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of HR, Analytics, Automation, and AI, contributing to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Dashboarding & Analytics

- Develop and maintain TA Commercial dashboards using Power BI.
- Build automated reports and MIS trackers for key hiring and commercial KPIs.
- Design executive-level presentations and dashboards.

Commercial Operations Support

- Track and monitor vendor invoice status and payment lifecycle.
- Maintain referral payout tracker and payout status dashboards.
- Support monthly cost provisioning for recruitment vendors and employee referral payouts.
- Share invoice status updates and payment progress with recruitment vendors.
- Ensure data accuracy across commercial trackers and reports.

Automation & Process Improvement

- Automate manual TA Commercial reporting processes.
- Develop data models and calculations using DAX.
- Utilize Python and Power BI for workflow automation and data processing.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data governance.




- Support implementation of AI-enabled productivity tools and automation initiatives.

AI & Innovation

- Explore Agentic AI and Generative AI use cases within Talent Acquisition.
- Assist in developing AI-driven solutions for reporting, analytics, and process automation.
- Stay updated on emerging HR technology and analytics trends.

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

- Robust knowledge of Power BI Dashboard Development.
- Hands-on experience in MIS Reporting and Data Analytics.
- Good understanding of DAX formulas and data modelling.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for automation and data analysis.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas, Power Query preferred).
- Good PowerPoint presentation and visualization skills.
- Ability to convert raw data into meaningful business insights.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Certification/Course in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Power BI, Data Science, or related fields preferred.
- MBA HR students pursuing final year may also be considered.
